This programme is now live!

Funded by the Mayor of London, the PathFinder Programme offers a series of activities that support young people aged 14–25 with career exploration, education pathways and life planning in the UK. The programme is structured around three elements:

• Mentorship and Job Taster (in collaboration with the RSA)

• Workshops, and 

• a Showcase Event.

Aimed at building skills, confidence and a sense of belonging of our young participants, the programme brings together mentors from a wide range of sectors with young people who are exploring their future. Together, they share stories, discuss challenges and aspirations, and gain practical insights into careers and life in the UK.
