Natalie is a senior analyst at the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (Nesta).
She has been dedicated to promoting education equity and innovation. Her research focuses on uncovering and designing education innovations and technologies, such as AI in EdTech, studying and influencing policies to drive systemic change. Natalie previously served as a researcher at the University of Hong Kong and the Education University of Hong Kong, and pursued doctoral studies in Sociology of Education.
She is also a curriculum researcher and Chinese educator for UK Chinese schools, specialising in gamified and debate-based Cantonese learning. Before entering academia, Natalie was a Liberal Studies and History secondary school teacher, as well as a coach for a Chinese debate team. She is also a registered post-crisis counsellor, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and the Royal Statistical Society (RSS).

Rachel is a museum education specialist at the Natural History Museum.
She is dedicated to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in science education. She has extensive experience in curating interactive education programs and exhibitions. Rachel graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Science in Applied Geosciences. She has previously served as an experienced Geography secondary school teacher in both the UK and Hong Kong.
Proficient in British Sign Language (BSL), Rachel also serves as a curriculum developer for UK Chinese schools, specialising in integrating sign language into Chinese storytelling to facilitate bilingualism. Additionally, she has worked at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), developing and delivering programs that facilitate cultural integration.

Kit-Ling is a secondary school teacher with both Britain and Hong Kong experience. She has been working in youth education for nearly 20 years. With decades of experiences, she is interested in curriculum and pedagogy development.
Before resettling in the UK, Kit-Ling was a secondary school teacher in Hong Kong teaching Liberal Studies and Integrated Humanities. She was an executive committee member for the Hong Kong Liberal Studies Teacher Association, a group dedicated to the curriculum development of the subject.
Apart from teaching multidisciplinary subjects, she also focuses on adolescent well-being and personal growth. She guided students, both in school and after school, in participating in different civic education activities such as Mock Trial and Mock ASEAN, leadership training programs and overseas services learning activities.
羅潔玲為資深中學教育工作者,並擁有英國及香港中學教學經驗。羅氏致力於中學教育工作接近20年,一直熱衷於課程及教學法的發展。
移居英國前,羅潔玲為中學通識科及綜合人文科老師,並多年來擔任香港通識教育教師聯會執行委員會成員,與通識科一起發展及成長。
除跨學科課堂教學外,她關心年輕人精神健康及個人成長,於校內校外均帶領學生參與各種公民教育相關活動如:模擬法庭、模擬東盟;不同領導培訓計劃及海外服務學習。
